Scholarship Fund

Seed the Commons has a small fund for scholarships for low-income folks from Northern California to attend our veganic gardening workshops and other educational events.

Scholarships cover the transportation costs for getting to the event (only within Northern California). Most of our events are donation-based, and in the case of the People’s Harvest Forum, scholarships also cover the entrance fee.

To apply, please send us a short email explaining how the event you would like to attend relates to your work or interests, the reason for your financial need, and an estimation of your transportation costs.
